What you tell us in conversation, because that’s what advice needs: your city, your rough budget, what you’re shopping for, and the preferences you state, like brands you avoid or priorities such as quietness or battery life. We also keep the recommendations we’ve given you, so we never contradict ourselves or start you over. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see the phone number you message from; that’s simply how WhatsApp works.
One thing: advise you better. Your details personalise your recommendations and mean you never have to repeat yourself. We also learn from anonymised, aggregated patterns (never your identity) to improve the advisor for everyone.
Our infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and a database located in India, in the Mumbai region) and the AI providers that process message text to understand your request. They work on our instructions and don’t get to keep or reuse your data. Marketplace links you tap take you to that marketplace, and their own policies apply from there.
We keep conversation and preference data while you use Shopwise, so that returning actually feels like returning. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and we don’t collect anything we don’t use for advice.
shopwise.live uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which channels bring people here. No advertising trackers, and no cross-site anything.
