Shopwise is a free advisory service, currently in beta, that recommends consumer products based on the information you share. We are advisors, not sellers. Purchases happen on third-party marketplaces under their terms, prices and availability are theirs, and the contract of sale is between you and them.
We work hard to make every recommendation accurate, current, and right for your situation, and we tell you our caveats and uncertainties as we go. It remains advice: product experiences vary, marketplace data changes, and the final decision (and its outcome) is yours. To the extent permitted by law, Shopwise isn’t liable for purchase outcomes, marketplace issues, or losses arising from reliance on recommendations.
Some marketplace links earn Shopwise a small commission, at no cost to you. This is disclosed in recommendations and never influences ranking. See Our promise.
Shopwise is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Shopwise is in active development. Features may change, coverage grows category by category, and occasional errors will happen. When they do, we own them and fix them. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This page will be updated with the registered entity’s details upon incorporation.
