Shopwise is a free advisory service, currently in beta, operated by Eulix Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013KA2026PTC224544), a company incorporated in India. In these terms, “Shopwise”, “we” and “us” mean that company. Shopwise recommends consumer products based on the information you share. We are advisors, not sellers. Purchases happen on third-party marketplaces under their terms, prices and availability are theirs, and the contract of sale is between you and them.
We work hard to make every recommendation accurate, current, and right for your situation, and we tell you our caveats and uncertainties as we go. It remains advice: product experiences vary, marketplace data changes, and the final decision (and its outcome) is yours. To the extent permitted by law, Shopwise isn’t liable for purchase outcomes, marketplace issues, or losses arising from reliance on recommendations.

Shopwise is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Shopwise is in active development. Features may change, coverage grows category by category, and occasional errors will happen. When they do, we own them and fix them. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The service is provided by Eulix Technologies Private Limited, CIN U62013KA2026PTC224544, registered in Karnataka, India.
